We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the moment you receive your item to request a return. To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your item is in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy!

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please remember, items sent back without prior authorization won’t be accepted, so it’s important to follow this process.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you accidentally received the wrong item, please inspect your order right away and contact us immediately. We want to make it right for you as quickly as possible!

It’s important to note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

For exchanges, the quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you currently have. Once we’ve accepted your return, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you desire. This way, you won’t have to wait around for an exchange to process.

When it comes to refunds, we’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Just a heads up—sometimes it can take a little longer for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t seen your refund, please reach out to us at jaxinns@outlook.com.
