We offer a 7-day no-reason return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your item is in the same condition as you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase!
2. Return Shipping Costs
- Mistaken Orders: If the wrong item was sent or if the item was damaged during shipping, the return shipping costs will be covered by us.
- Customer Errors: If you select the wrong item for any reason or wish to return an item after purchase, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which is $12.99.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us directly at Support@jaxinns.com. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the package back to us. Please remember that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted, so make sure to follow this process.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or accidentally receive the wrong item, please inspect your order and contact us immediately. We want to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible!
5. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that promotional items or gift cards are non-returnable.

The quickest way to achieve the item you want is to return your current item. Once we accept your return request, you can purchase the new item separately, so you don’t have to wait for the exchange process to complete.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding your refund. If your refund request is approved, you will receive your refund automatically through the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take longer for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
